Another week has come and gone and it's once again time to plan for the next week's dinner.
Breakfasts this week:
waffles with strawberries and blueberries, cheese stick
apple jack smoothie, cheese stick
sausage apple quiche cups, fruit
Power up smoothie, cheese stick
oatmeal with fruit and chia seeds
Lunches this week:
Everyday I'll have a Chobani Greek yogurt, crackers or air popped popcorn, veggies, and fruit with either a sunbutter sandwich or a cup of soup.
Dinners this week:
tilapia, rice, broccoli
chicken in pita bread, roasted greek potates, salad
raspberry pork tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, green salad
chicken scampi, spinach and pear salad, bread
taco, Spanish rice, refried beans
Snacks:
hard boiled eggs, tangerine, Larabar, Greek yogurt bar, or nuts
