 - chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, salad
 - pinto beans and ham, cornbread, raw veggies
 - sausage gravy over biscuits, egg
 - ham, scalloped potatoes, veggies, roll
 - left-overs
 
Week of January 24
- chicken and parsley dumplings
 - orange chicken over rice, fortune cookies, veggies
 - 7-up pork chops, buttered noodles, veggies, rolls
 - sandwich buffet, chips, raw veggies
 - Skyline chili over spaghetti, raw veggies, cornbread
 - left-overs
 
Crockpot Beef Hash
- 1 lb of cubed stewing meat
 - 5 large russett potatoes diced
 - 1 onion finely chopped
 - 1 cup butter or margarine melted
 - 1 cup beef broth or stock
 - salt to taste
 - black pepper
 
- Place all ingredients in crockpot.
 - Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 hours).
