What's for dinner? - Week of Dec. 3

I've been flying by the seat of my pants for dinners during the last couple of weeks.  This week I have a plan.  Yeah, me!

Monday - roasted chicken thighs in crockpot, quinoa with broccoli, mac and cheese, and veggies

Tuesday - sausage and red potatoes, veggies

Wednesday - roast, mashed potatoes, green beans

Thursday - chicken pot pie soup, biscuits

Friday - eat at church

Saturday - potato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
